Tap To Treat – Virtual Solutions to Real Occupational Health Problems
All you need is a device with internet connection, camera, microphone and speakers!
Our Process

Step 1
- Employee incident/injury occurs
- Employee reports incident to employer per protocol

Step 2
- Employee directed to Tap To Treat website
- Employee clicks New/Established patient button to login to telemedicine platform
- Employee agrees to terms of use/consents to treatment
- Employee placed in virtual waiting room and is met by the Healthcare Provider (HCP)

Step 3
HCP performs virtual face-to-face video triage – determines appropriate path forward:
- Is injury/illness appropriate for telemedicine
- Is employee/patient appropriate for telemedicine
- Is video/audio connection sufficient to make accurate diagnosis
If ALL Yes we proceed with a telemedicine visit
If ANY No we proceed with a referral to a conventional Healthcare facility as appropriate
What Makes Us Different
We’re not just a voice on the phone – we SEE our patients virtually, face-to-face, on Tap To Treat’s custom video.
Tap To Treat is solely a virtual provider. We don’t exist to drive business to other centers of care. We save employers money.
Tap To Treat Provides:
- Employee care from the time of injury through Maximum Medical Improvement and release from care
- Conservative treatment that focuses on the least invasive way to best treat the employee – often resulting in cost savings and avoiding OSHA recordability
- Services custom-tailored to each employer’s needs
- A primary point of contact for employers and employees – building a relationship that provides an atmosphere of openness and trust.
- A way for employees to attend appointments either at work or from the comfort of their own home (at employer discretion)
- Early intervention and aggressive care management which allows for the best employee outcome and usually a more rapid return to full usual work duty
- Frequent contact with employers – HCP “push” the information employers need so they don’t have to seek it out
- 24/7/365 availability – not just for the injury, but anytime the employee may have issues during recovery
Our Services Include:
- 24/7/365 RN/NP/MD virtual availability
- Custom occupational telemedicine platform
- WC form completion
- Ongoing treatment and management
- Regular communication to employers
- Occupational medicine treatment protocols
- RTW guidance – avoid lost time
- Contract on site x-ray and drug and alcohol testing

Our Story
In the early 1990’s when I began working in occupational healthcare, never could I have predicted what I am doing today. This business was started with the intent to provide “old-school” personalized health care via “new-school” methods. Tap To Treat is the culmination of decades of occupational health care experience wrapped in a technology-based, cost-efficient delivery system that provides good outcomes for both employers and employees. No longer limited by the time, costs and fixed location of traditional “brick and mortar” clinics, we’re now available anywhere – and anytime – we’re needed.
