David K. Tutor, MD
Medical Director

Dr. Tutor received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Memphis in 1989. He specializes in Occupational Medicine and has over 25 years experience in clinical practice. He is the current chairman of the Medical Advisory Committee to the Tennessee Bureau of Worker’s Compensation.

Dr. Laura Purdy, MD

In addition to having worked across the telemedicine industry for a variety of companies, Dr. Purdy is a board-certified family medicine physician with experience in hospital, outpatient and acute care contexts. She is licensed to practice medicine in 46 states, and received her medical degree from the Uniformed Services University.

Thomas Bender, MD, PhD, FACOEM

Dr. Bender received his medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He specializes in Occupational Medicine and Epidemiology. He has over 10 years of experience working the Occupational Medicine area.

Senior Clinical Director

Mandy is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She received both her Bachelor and Master degrees in Nursing from the University of Tennessee, graduating with honors. Prior to joining Tap To Treat, she worked as a Nurse Practitioner in the Occupational Health setting for more than 10 years.

Brooke Estes, DNP, FNP-C

Brooke is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received both her Master’s and Doctorate degree in Nursing from Lincoln Memorial University. Her experience includes primary care and family medicine in the outpatient setting, veteran disability exams, and occupational health.

Maria Holmes RN, BNS, NP
Maria has been a registered nurse and graduate from the University of Tennessee with a Masters in Nursing. She has over 20 years of Family Nurse Practitioner experience and over 10 years of Occupational experience.
Julie Williams RN, BSN

Julie has been a registered nurse since 2002. She graduated from the University of North Alabama. After working in many areas of nursing she found what she loves which is Occupational Health. She has worked in Occupational Health since 2008

Whitney Sharp, PT

Whitney has over 30 years experience as a physical therapist and graduated from University of Louisville with high honors. She has expertise with outpatient orthopedics, vestibular rehab and neurological disorders with a special interest in concussion and head injuries. She has certifications in vestibular rehab and LSVT BIG.

Administrative Staff

John Sharp, President

With degrees in the social sciences, business and the humanities, John has worked more than twenty-five years in non-profit and business settings to find integrative solutions to urgent and complex problems. Before joining Tap To Treat, he served as president of a foundation – addressing international and domestic contexts in themes related to science, education and societal needs.

Grant H Davis, Chief Operating Officer

Working closely with clinical and administrative teams, Grant will ensure Tap To Treat delivers exceptional services and support day to day operations . Prior to joining the Tap To Treat team, Grant worked with companies helping to lower their recordable rate through prevention programs and promote workplace healthy habits.

Tonya Tutor

Tonya received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. She has worked in occupational health administration for 17 years and is the core component of our business office.

Rick Dawson
Vice President of Healthcare Sales

Rick received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Evansville. He has been with IDSolutions for over 10 years and as the Vice President of Healthcare Sales he oversees business development for the healthcare team including sales, strategic market planning, healthcare partner engagement and healthcare initiatives.

Marc Monroy
Manager of the Customer Care Center

Marc received a BS in Criminal Justice from California State University Sacramento. He has been with IDSolutions for 3 years and is currently the Manager of the Customer Care Center in charge of daily operations.
